Join us for a full day of small taster workshops that delve into how Focusing can guide us to live experientially in our everyday lives. This practice opens the door to living moment by moment. As it invites us to explore what’s alive within us, it also shows us how to live as embodied, relational, and wholesome beings.

 

This event is an invitation for both newcomers interested in Focusing and experienced Focusers. The day will be facilitated by Marta Fabregat, TIFI coordinator, along with a group of well-seasoned Focusers.

 

Event Details:

 

• Location: An Tionól Cottage, Co Galway

• Date: Saturday, November 11th, 2023

• Time: Arrival at 10 am - We aim to finish by 5 pm

• Price: €50 for the entire day, including a wholesome lunch

• If you wish to stay overnight in the area or nearby, we can assist you in finding a lovely weekend stay in Co Galway.
