Irish Focusing Network

How do I learn Focusing

Focusing can be self-taught through many resources including books, audio guidance, video demonstrations and various websites. Some examples are available on our Resources Page. However most people prefer to learn it from an accredited teacher whether it is on a one to one basis or in a group. Focusing can be taught online or in person. Anyone can focus on their own but most people find it more beneficial to focus in partnerships. Some of our members who are also teachers offer introductory and advanced courses. All details can be found on our Professionals page Learn Focusing or on our Courses/Events page.
