Through my private practice, The Soul Companion, LLC, I help individuals and groups to reconnect with their inner wisdom and to explore the meaning and mystery of their lives. Through creative workshops and retreats, I facilitate expressive-arts activities, guided meditations, and transformative experiences in nature. I offer compassionate listening, skilled support for accessing your intuitive knowing, and creative practices that can make invisible shifts in your awareness visible, palpable, and consciously felt. Certified in depth practices, including dreamwork, SoulCollage®, and spiritual direction, as well as Focusing, I encourage the integration of body, mind, heart, soul, and spirit.
