Booking for all events and courses will close 48 hours before the start date. IFN reserves the right to alter or change the programme or cancel events if necessary. Where numbers are small, events may not be sustainable. In the event of cancellation by the Network, a full refund will apply. If an event is re-scheduled, registered participants, who cannot attend as re-scheduled can request a refund. Online workshops are fund-raisers for the Network and payment for these is non-refundable. 

Booking for our in-person gatherings will close at midnight on Wednesday prior to the date of the gathering. Cancellations for the in-person gatherings – a full refund with seven days notice. Since some centres require payment in advance for both venue and food we may need to retain the cost of meals where this applies.
