IFN Monthly Skills Refresh
When: 27th April 2026
Time: 7.30pm - 9pm
Where: Online
Our Focusing Refresher evenings offer the opportunity to develop, deepen and refresh our Focusing practice.
Each session is facilitated by a Focusing trainer from our network. Together we explore an aspect of Focusing. We have time for learning and discussion and an opportunity to Focus too.
We welcome all members of our network to attend, whether you've been attending our zoom sessions regularly, occasionally or not at all. No matter what level of Focusing you are at, we would love you to come along to develop your Focusing skills in community with others.
There is no need to enrol for these sessions. Simply turn up whenever you can. Everyone will receive the zoom link by email in advance of the session.
