Entry Level : Part 1 and Part 11 or any year long training with an approved BFA or TIFI trainer
Resourcing and orientating deeper into inherent health in our bodies. Understanding psychological and physiological splits - how and why they happen. Building a web of embodied radical acceptance, deep compassion, accompaniment and curious enquiry for different strategies. Being with the web of pieces that make up a pattern of outdated splits through Focusing. Learning to be with the unknown to 'resolve' deeply engrained patterns.
