Welcome to any poetry aficionados as well as those new to the medium of Focusing with poetry.
Come and experience felt sensing using words, phrases or images from a range of poems. We will be offering two poems but feel free to bring your own if preferred.

Important Note: Some experience of Focusing and listening would be needed.

The format of the evening will be:

• A lead-in and introductions among participants
  
  
• Guidelines introduced and a short demonstration of Focusing with Poetry
  
  
• Breakout rooms in groups of two to focus with poetry for 15 minutes each
  
  
• Return to main zoom room for comments and feedback.

Who can join the Online Poetry Gathering?
