Members of Irish Focusing Network are invited to the first of our bi-monthly Online Poetry Gatherings on Thursday 15th 2023 - 7.30 - 9pm.
Welcome to any poetry officianados as well as those new to the medium of Focusing with poetry.
Come and experience felt sensing using words, phrases or images from a range of poems. We will be offering two poems but feel free to bring your own if preferred.

Important Note: Some experience of Focusing and listening would be needed.
The format of the evening will be:
- A lead-in and introductions among participants
- Guidelines introduced and a short demonstration of Focusing with poetry
- Breakout rooms in groups of two to focus with poetry for 15 minutes each
- Return to main zoom room for comments and feedback.
Who can join the Online Poetry Gathering?
All Full Members and Full + Profile Members can join. You can become a full member once you have become proficient as a Focusing listener. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.
