About Me

I love connecting with others and I'm passionate about learning, teaching and sharing ideas. It's a privilege to teach Focusing and to help people listen to themselves and others in this powerful way.

I also integrate Focusing into my work as a coach, Enneagram teacher, and yoga teacher. Whether I'm coaching or teaching, one-to-one or in a group, online or in person- Focusing is the bridge connecting us inwards and outwards, and leading us to new possibilities and ways of being.
